Racist Journalist Printing Articles in Canada
Bob Verndun a " journalist " from Ontario that lives between Barbados and Canada
is writing some very racist hate-mongering articles in Barbados and now his hatred
being spread through print media in Ontario - he says basically that "natives have no rights
because they are immigrants and we are criminals who are not assimilating well to society."

Now, I have received additional material that shows Verdun has been making these types of racist comments in Canada. In October 2006 his opinion was published in a Stratford, Ontario newspaper.

(NOTE: The underlining and annotations in the news clipping are by a
local teacher who sent it to me )
It doesn't take much sleuthing to track him down. It was obvious he wanted people to know who he was. His e-mail address of bobverdun@rogers.com was a big clue. A quick search revealed his own web site http://www.bobverdun.com
This went around on a few listserves I belong to and thought it should be shared with my readers.

I can only understand this on an intellectual basis as I am not First Nations.
But I have heard many tales of racism and just plain ignorance from my many F.N friends.Tales that never fails to sit me back.
Anyway good blog.Keep up the fight
